Aluminum wheel finisher had trouble with dulling effect of alkaline cleaners on buffed mirror finish. Primary soil was buffing compound.

Scotchbrite Aluminum Finisher - This customer finishes aluminum parts using a scotch-brite material. They were having problems with getting a consistent finish and finding a lubricant that worked well.              

Benefits of switching to the ESS neutrals: 

• Achieved the “highest level of brightness” ever seen cleaning wheels

• The buffed mirror finish was perfectly preserved

• Had far fewer problems with clear coat adhesion

• Were able to successfully run the rinsewater through a ceramic ultrafilter/ Reverse osmosis combination, recovering the soap for reuse and close-looping the RO rinse system
